This package is a 3-5 day process depending on application which includes street tuning for drivability, dyno tuning for max power timing profile, and then track tuning to bring it all together and make her go from A-B.
This service is for in person tuning only.
This service is only recommended for 1000+hp vehicles
this will cover up to 6 labor hours for things like diag, wiring, checking/changing/reading plugs, adjusting suspension, configuring controllers, adding necessary sensors, or setting up multiple tunes.
in this process we dial in all of the following aspects including but not limited to:
Engine calibration
Transmission calibration
Suspension adjustments
power management
external controllers like boost, nitrous, methanol, etc
proper tire pressure
add ons
The E90 ECM in vehicles that are 2019 and newer (with the popular L84/L87/L8T engines) require an unlock service to gain access to tuning abilities.
Until recently this service was only available at Hp tuners and required the removal of the module and sending it to HP tuners, letting them unlock it, and send it back for you to install license and tune. Rios Racing has the ability to do this in house and still turn your tune around same day while eliminating the cost and downtime of shipping
This is required for many 4l60-4l80e transmission swaps, adding flex fuel capability to most gen3 ecu, and some other cases. consult with us if your are unsure weather or not need to add this to your tune.
This is an add on if your vehicle is flex fuel capable and you would like for us to tune for that as well.
This cost covers having to configure additional external controllers including Boost or Methanol injection controllers, Nitrous window switches, 2steps, etc
